Roger Clemens is an American baseball player who was one of the most successful power pitchers in history, thus earning his nickname, “Rocket.” He won the CY Young Award 7 times, the first pitcher to do so. Having played college baseball for the University of Texas, Clemens made his major league debut in 1984. In 1986 he had a record of 24 wins and 4 losses with a league-leading earned run average (ERA) of 2.48. He was also voted the Most valuable player of the American League. Clemens passed the 4,000-strikeout mark in 2003, the same year he picked up his 300th career win. Clemens suffered from shoulder problems during the latter stages of his career, but he remained a competitive pitcher despite his age and the reduced velocity of his fastball. He was charged in 2010 with steroid use in baseball but cleared of all charges after multiple trials.

Roger has been to Bahamas on multiple occasions as he is really fond of the Caribbean. One of the most gorgeous islands in the Caribbean, Bahamas is a playground of the rich and the famous and a popular destination for honeymooners. There is no dearth of water activities one can indulge in, be it snorkelling, scuba diving, jet skiing, kayaking and many more. The white sand beaches of Bahamas offer a perfect recluse to relax and unwind. Bahamas is also a great place to hire a catamaran cruise or a yacht and explore the clear waters of the Caribbean. Go for a idyllic ride deep into the ocean where you’ll find the company of amazing sea animals such as whales, dolphins and varied species of fish. If you haven’t been sport fishing or bone fishing before, The Bahamas is a fantastic place to begin. Seasoned divers will enjoy this experience even more, since the waters of Bahamas are filled with marine life, which makes the diving activity all the more enjoyable.

Roger Clemens had a memorable family holiday in the Hawaii islands with his close friend Andy Pettitte.
