Hyun Bin shares his 5 favourite Holiday Destinations

Hyun Bin is a well-known actor from Seoul, Korea, renowned for various films like Secret Garden (2010), Crash Landing on You (2019), and Alhambeura Goongjeonui Chooeok (2018). Hyun-Bin debuted as an actor in the KBS drama "Bodyguard." He performed the lead part in the 2004 MBC drama "Ireland," which gained a cult-like fan base and earned great reviews from critics. Hyun-Bin was cast in the 2005 MBC blockbuster "My Name Is Kim Sam-soon" In 2009, Hyun-Bin was cast in the MBC version of the 2001 box office hit "Friend" titled "Friend, Our Legend."  Additionally, he appeared in the SBS romantic comedy "Secret Garden," which was a commercial hit in Korea.  Hyun Bin has made a remarkable name for himself in the television & movie circles. 

Hyun had a fantastic time on his vacation to Spain, one of his top choices of a European destination. He found Barcelona particularly fascinating, known for its phenomenal football team, stunning architecture, lively nightlife, sandy beaches, and delicious food. Hyun and his friends had the time of their lives clubbing in Barcelona, a city often called the Party capital of Europe. The city offers ravishing venues to have a wonderful time, notable amongst them being Pacha Barcelona, Sala Apolo, Opium Barcelona, Sala Razzmatazz and many more. Locals and tourists can have a wild time dancing their way into the night at the plethora of clubs across Barcelona. Besides clubbing, Barcelona is also a fantastic place to visit a tablao and enjoy a traditional flamenco dance performance. This gypsy dance form is a treasured heritage of Spain and a must watch in your visit here.

Hyun had a wonderful time in the Caribbean island of Grenada on his holiday in the Caribbean with his friends. Offering some of the most exotic beaches in the Caribbean, Grenada is also popular for world-class cocoa, wide range of spices, majestic waterfalls and world's first underwater sculpture park. The island has a rustic landscape and lots of opportunities for hiking once you go inland. Check out the beautiful Concord waterfalls and the Grand Etang Lake to admire its natural beauty. For adventure lovers, there is a lot more. One can go white water rafting, ATV riding, horseback riding or snorkeling to view the World's one and only underwater sculpture park created on the bed of the sea. Grenada offers an array of options for travelers of all types, whether you are on a tight budget or looking for top notch luxury resorts.

Hyun Bin is a big fan of Scandinavia and Sweden is amongst his favourite places in the region. Sweden is a land of thousands of acres of pristine forests and majestic lakes, and massive archipelagos along its coasts. If you are an outdoor person like Hyun, Sweden needs to be on your holiday list too. One can explore opulent palaces and ancient towns across the vast Arctic landscapes on their Swedish rendezvous. Check out the Vasa museum in Stockholm, which displays 4 museum ships that are replicas of the ships from the Swedish Imperial fleet. For history lovers, a visit to the Drottningholm Palace, a UNESCO World heritage site, is an incredible experience. Its gorgeous architecture and artifacts are a real treat, the palace is also the official residence of the Swedish Royal family. Sweden is also a fantastic place to explore the Northern lights phenomena, and its rustic country offer great opportunities for hiking, camping & skiing.

The gorgeous city of Vancouver on the west coast of Canada is one of Hyun's favourite cities. Rated amongst the best cities to live on the planet, Vancouver is a melting point of cultures. Hiking around the 1000 acre Stanley Park located within downtown area is one of Hyun's favourite memories of Vancouver. The park comprises of beaches, an aquarium, playgrounds, a pool and splash park, botanical gardens and even a golf course and a is a fantastic place for biking or skateboarding too. Taking a whale watching cruise off the coast of Vancouver to witness the incredible marine life of British Columbia is an incredible experience too. Vancouver is also a fantastic skiing destination. One of Canada's most popular ski resort, Whistler Blackcomb, is just a couple of hours drive from the Vancouver airport and offers outstanding facilities for skiing and snowboarding, as well as ski jumping at the Olympic Park, a venue for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Switzerland is a dream destination for nature lovers, and Hyun Bin is no exception. This mountainous country offers fantastic options for outdoor sports, be it hiking, trekking, skiing, sailing or mountaineering. Its gorgeous countryside, snowy peaks, glaciers and picturesque villages attract millions of tourists each year. A ride on a Yatch in the clear waters of lake Geneva, sipping fine wine and delicious local cuisine, is a memory Hyun cherishes till date. Located in Geneva, a french speaking town and the European seat of the United Nations, the lake is surrounded by the Alps mountains and expansive gardens. A visit to the St. Moritz Ski Resort was amongst the most delightful times of Hyun's Switzerland trip. A heavenly place for skiers and snowboarders in winters, it is also a fantastic place to hiking, biking and water sports in the summers.
