One can hire a sailboat or a yatch to go on a lazy ride across the lake and its adjoining port cities. It is also possible to take a cruise and go on a guided tour of the nearby attractions. There are a plethora of restaurants in the area serving mouth watering Italian and world cuisine. One can also take a tour of the old Italian Villas and abondoned houses in the vicinity. Tanzania in Western Africa comprises of the plains of Serengeti National Park, a safari hotspot populated by the “big five” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino), and Kilimanjaro National Park, home to Africa’s highest mountain. Considered to be an ultimate destination for Safari lovers and wildlife enthusiasts, Tanzania attracts millions of global tourists each year. Being a wildlife enthusiast, George was always keen to visit this mecca of wildlife tourism and he doesn't regret it a bit; calling it the 'epitome of adventure' in his memoirs. Safari tours in Serengeti is a must do - enjoy amazing wildlife viewing year round as you spy lions, cheetahs, elephants and leopards living in their natural habitats not-so-happily together :-) if you think no vacation is complete without a visit to the beach, you can take a quick 20 minutes flight or a ferry to the nearby spice islands of Zanzibar, dotted with beaches, exotic resorts and a plethora of water activities.

Paris is another favourite with George Clooney and he has had fond memories of his frequent travels to France. With no dearth of live performances, operas and musicals when you visit this culturally rich city, time is always at constraint. George being an art connossieur himself has been in love with the city and its many art galleries and museums, the Louvre being his personal favourite. The opulent Versailles Palace with its outstanding architecture and vast open gardens is a must visit place on your trip to Paris. A treat for the eyes, the palace houses some of the most exquisite artifacts, sculptures and paintings from medieval times, a real treasure that is rare and pricey. Take a wine and dinner cruise on the Siene river to explore the beauty of Paris skyline and the illuminated monuments and buildings, an experience you'll cherish for a long time, as George does.

George was fascinated with Bali when he visited it for the first time in his youth and has returned to Bali multiple times thereafter. This Indonesian island is a tourism hotspot in Asia and attracts millions from all over the World each year. Be it a trek on the Mount Batur or a sailing trip in the Bali Sea; a tour of the sacred monkey forest or simply lazing around on its many beaches; Bali has so much to offer that you'll need a couple of weeks to really explore all the attractions. Bali has a Hindu heritage and has preserved many temples and monuments from its glorious past - popular amongst them being the Tanah lot temple, Lempuyang Temple, Goa Gajah and many more. George has preferred to rent sea side villas in Bali, which are available in plenty, for his escapades to the island. They are an ideal choice if you are looking for privacy, outstanding views and high end luxury in this gorgeous island called Bali
