Bingbing Fan is a Chinese actress, television producer, and pop singer with several gifts. Fan rose to prominence in Asia in 1999 because to the mega-popular television series - My Fair Princess. In 2003, she appeared in Cell Phone, the highest-grossing Chinese film of the year, for which she received the Hundred Flowers Award. Since then, she has received awards from the Golden Horse Film Festival and Awards, the Eurasia International Film Festival, the Tokyo International Film Festival, the Beijing College Student Film Festival, and the Huading Awards for films such as The Matrimony (2007), Lost in Beijing (2007), Buddha Mountain (2011), and Double Xposure (2012). Fan has appeared in several foreign-language films as well, such as Stretch (2011), My Way (2011), and the Science fiction series of X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014).
Fan Bingbing is a big fan of Florida, one of America's most beautiful coastal states located on its South-eastern tip. With hundreds of miles of gorgeous beaches and sea side luxurious villas & condos, Florida is one of the most scenic geographies inhibited by humans. Its capital city Miami is a hotbed of Latino-American culture and upscale beach living; not to mention a scintillating nightlife. Clubbing in Miami has been a favourite pasttime for Fan on her trips to Florida. Taking a Yatch down the Miami coast to witness the vast blue oceans stretching onto the Caribbean Islands is a truly exhilarating excursion. The Key West area is a popular destination for a variety of water sports such as snorkeling and deep sea diving. Florida is also a great destination for families who love to visit the Disneyworld Resort in Orlando.
Fan had a fantastic time on her trip to Laos. She feels it is an under-rated destination that has a lot to offer. Though it is a landlocked country with no beaches, there are lakes and rivers that compensate for it, such as the mighty Mekong. Laos has a scenic countryside with pristine forests, lakes, waterfalls and caves; an absolute delight for trekking enthusiasts. The natural Kuang Si waterfall in Luang Prabang is one of the most stunning waterfalls in the country. Coffee plantations are worth exploring in this coffee producing hub and a trip to the Sinouk Coffee plantation in southern Laos, along the Bolaven Plateau, is an experience to cherish. Nature enthusiasts should check out the Kong Lor Caves that stretches for more than 7.4 kilometers, one of the longest in the world. Take a guided boat trip to learn about stunning geological formations along the way. Laos is also home to gorgeous Buddhist monasteries that represent its glorious heritage.
Fan had one of her most incredible holidays in the exotic Mediterranean islands of Greece. Her visit to Mykonos, considered a playground of the rich and famous, was exhilarating. Her most memorable experience was taking a private yatch to sail across the turquoise Aegean to the uninhabited islands of Rhenia and Delos. They did stop on the way to go under water and snorkel. The deck was filled with Greek delicacies and spirits, as they partied their way to these exotic Mediterranean islands. Another highlight of her trip was a trip to the local winery in Marathi, where one can witness olive groves and vineyards, see the wine press, and understand the intricacies of making traditional Greek wines. Mykonos also has a legendary nightlife and a host of clubs and bars that play scintillating music into the night serving exotic cocktails and local beverages as you party the night away.
Australia makes it to the top of Fan's vacation hotspots, and she has a particular fondness for Sydney. This vibrant multi-cultural coastal city is the largest metropolis down under and a magnet for visitors from the World over. The Sydney harbour is a perfect hangout place with its Opera house, restaurants and bars with an incredible variety of cuisines on offer. Take a speed boat ride off the harbour for a truly hair raising experience. If speed is not your thing, go for a cruise or yatch ride to watch Dolphins and Whales in their natural habitat further away from the coast. Sydney is home to some of Australia's most popular and featured beaches, notable amongst them being the Bondi beach, Manly beach and the Palm beach. One of Sydney's most loved excursions is the Blue Mountains, where one can ride the Scenic Railway, check out the Rainforest Walkway, and ride on the glass-bottomed Skyway cableway for panoramic views of the mountains & the majestic Katoomba Falls!
Seychelles is a secluded island off the coast of Eastern Africa. Popular with celebrities and regulars, Seychelles offers all the charms of an exotic island destination minus the maddening crowds. Fan Bingbing finds it an idyllic place for a quite vacation away from the paparazzo. A mecca for water sports, Seychelles offers a variety of water excursions such as scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea diving, kayaking, water skiing and more. A trek through the Vallée de Mai, a stunning nature reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site, was a memorable excursion for Fan Bingbing. With over 4,000 palm trees of the legendary Coco de Mer, this historic reserve is also called the ‘Garden of Eden’. Island hopping is anther popular excursion with tourists - simply hire a boat or a yatch depending on your budget and cruise around the blue turquoise waters crashing into secluded islands, much like a pirate on the lookout for hidden treasures.
