Alia Bhatt, a talented and endearing Indian actress, made her Bollywood debut in 2012 with Karan Johar's romance drama "Student of the Year." In 1999, she made her debut movie appearance as a young actress in her father's thriller Sangharsh. Alia is the daughter of the well-known film director Mahesh Bhatt and the actress Soni Razdan. Her portrayal of an adolescent girl in the 2014 road movie Highway by Imtiaz Ali gained critical praise. She received both the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress and a nomination for Best Actress at the same ceremony. Her other films include Meghna Gulzar's historical thriller Raazi, Zoya Akhtar's musical drama Gully Boy, which is based on the underground rap culture in Mumbai, RRR, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and the first edition of Ayan Mukerji's fantasy trilogy, Brahmastra.

 

Alia is especially fond of NYC, a city which she has frequent multiple times for shoots as well as holidaying. She was in New York to promote her upcoming movie - Darlings - produced by her jointly with Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had a wonderful Safari holiday in Kenya. They stayed at the Masai Maara National Park in Kenya, a really special place for Alia as Ranbir proposed to her on this vacation. The Masai Maara National Park is renowned as the ultimate place for an African Safari holiday. Its annual ritual of movement of wildebeests, also known as the Great Migration, is a natural phenomena that has been featured in many documentaries on channels such as Discovery and National Geographic. One can stay at a luxury safari lodge inside the National Park to get a real feel of the wilderness of Africa. A hot air balloon ride is one of the best ways to witness the Great Migration, the views from up in the sky are simply outstanding. Kenya is also home to the Big 5 cats of Africa - Lions, Tigers, Panthers, Leopards and Jaguars - and no wildlife holiday is complete without coming face to face with these majestic animals.

 

Alia Bhatt visited Berlin with Ranbir Kapoor and her to be mom-in-law Neetu Kapoor for the premier of her movie - Gangubai Kathiawadi - at the Berlin International Film Festival. This was her 3rd time at the festival and she has fond memories of Berlin. The historic city is popular for many landmarks & monuments as well as a vibrant art, music and culture scene. Ranbir & Alia had a wonderful time exploring the club culture of Berlin, the night clubs and the music scene here is simply gregarious. The city also has a plethora of beer gardens and rooftop bars for beer lovers to explore. Alia also had a change to visit the scenic countryside of Germany during her trip and found it really beautiful. Germany's medieval castles such as Neuschwanstein Castle and Burg Eltz are world famous monuments that attract millions of tourists each year for their fairy tale appeal & out of the world architecture.

 

Alia has visited Kashmir multiple times and is in complete awe of the place. . Alia has shot for a couple of her movies in Kashmir - Highway and Raazi - thereby spending a considerable amount of time in the state and traveling to remote locations such as Gurez, Aru Valley and Pahalgam. “One had always heard of Kashmir as paradise on earth. But when I actually went there for shooting I realized this was really the most beautiful place I had seen on earth,” media reports quoted Alia Bhatt saying. Kashmir is arguably the most romantic state in India. Nestled in the middle of the Himalayan Valley, it is popular for its lakes, valleys, hilly terrain and delicious cuisine. With tourism being the mainstay of its economy, local people are friendly and welcoming to tourists visiting the state.

 

Alia has visited Rajasthan multiple times and the state ranks highly on her list of favourite vacation hotspots. She has the most memorable vacation here staying with Ranbir Kapoor at the luxurious Sujan Jawai Camp near Jodhpur. The luxurious resort is located at Jawai Bandh and is spectacularly set in a dramatic wilderness, the camp celebrates the great outdoors with panache. The princely state of Rajasthan with its Rajputana heritage is home to some of the most spectacular forts, palaces and museums. Be it the Amer Fort or hawa mahal in Jaipur, the Mehrangarh fort in Jodhpur or the City Palace in Udaipur; there is simply no dearth of majestic monuments that one can admire in this culturally rich state. Rajasthan is also a popular wildlife destination and the Ranthambore National Park is a fantastic place to see the royal bengal tigers, leopards, sambar, deers & a plethora of exotic birds. If you're fond of desert safari, take a trip to the remote town of Jaisalmer close to the border, where you can check into a luxury resort or a tented accommodation in the middle of the desert.
